I work with people to help them with their marketing. I also network a lot and run networking meetings. During this process, I meet people who’d like to get more help with their marketing. I find them the best teams or individuals for the job.

I’ve got a good relationship with the client and I want to make sure I pass them onto someone who’s not only great at what you do but also a really nice person. So we chat and get to know each other.
Checking you out
I want to make sure you’re really good at what you do, so I’ll ask you for samples of work so that I can get the best picture I can. It takes me a bit of time to get to know you usually but once we’re familiar with each other, I can then refer more than one client to you.

No! I just want you to have a long and prosperous relationship with the client. I am someone either you or the client can turn to and can help ease communication or any struggles. I check in max once every month and min once every three months
How do you match marketing providers and clients?
I’ve always been told that it’s narrow-minded to think of other businesses as competition, but until now I’d never seen such clear evidence of how different every individual and every agency is. The matches that have been made so far have been very easy and straightforward to make.
What kind of clients do you work with?
I’ve been working agency side for over 12 years and my network is quite big. I run The Marketing Meetup, Colchester and Inspire-Me Networking and I’m a serial networker. I’m actively talking to business owners every day and the work that comes up can be from any type of business.
What’s your percentage?
20% up to a spend of £2,500 charged to the client each month. 15% for anything over that. The percentage reduces in the second year and the client is solely yours after the third year. I am after longevity, good working relationships and mutual beneficial matches.
